In my practice, I recognise that trauma, grief, stress, and emotional challenges can manifest psychologically, physically, and/or alter one's world view. Drawing from different modalities, I assist clients with building awareness on how challenges are manifesting for them specifically.

Through a collaborative process, I develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each client, focusing on their individual values, strengths, and preferred healing modalities.
